OU:
Peterson tried to play a little, but he was still hurt and could only go staright ahead, and was pulled. Kejuan Jones played decently in his backup role.
Good to see TE James Moses have a catch and contribute with some solid blocking.
Rhett Bomar did just enough to allow OU to scrape by with a 19-3 win.
Rufus Alexander and Clint Ingram both played very well at LB for the Sooners.
Davin Joseph started at LOT but must have been injured because he went out early and never returned. What's up with him, Nolen? WR Travis Wilson did not play at all, and the passing game was fairly anemic without him in there.
Dusty Dvoracek was solid but unspectacular. He is rotating so he should be fresh enough to do more.
Kansas:
Wow, Rob Bryant missed some guys! The entire Kansas defense is VERY good, and senior laden. When you get a chance, Dave, would you try to add the following guys with writeups:
#90 DT Tim Allen, #99 DE Charlton Keith, #45 MLB Kevin Kane, #23 S Rodney Fowler.
Rob did get the best two in CB-WR-PR Charles Gordon (VERY impressive again with 2 picks, a great punt return and some nice catches on offense) and OLB Nick Reid, who at 6'4", 230 may climb onto the top 100! Reid leads the Big 12 in tackles by a wide margin, and reminds me of Spencer Havner.
