I missed that Steve sorry. Swap out my Houston pick and make it the Champs Sports Bowl. Hey Adam, since I picked the Peach as well, do you want to split it? Like say you do Miami and I'll do LSU, or vice versa depending on what you want.

I actually think that splitting up games with two teams that have a bunch of prospects isn't a bad idea. But if you don't want to that's fine as well.

Honestly, I didn't look at the matchups real closely the first time, but those two have some very intriguing player/unit matchups...
Boise St.-BC: Daryn Colledge gets a real test against Kiwi.
NC State-S. Florida: South Florida has a very good O-line, which will be interesting to see against the NC State defensive line.

I will back you guys up on the Orange Bowl considering that is the only one I can do. No cable at home so I can't do any of the ESPN games and none of the others fit my schedule. No real reason to have cable when you never watch television.

Anyone see him in the stands...? He's hard to miss... big hair and mirrored sunglasses.
I'm beginning to wonder if he did have a poster or banner advertising the site that was shown on national TV... we got a TON of traffic right in the middle of that game.

I read all the posts but didn't know if Steve had to oficially approve each bowl personally.

Nope, Greg... it's pretty much a first-come, first-served thing. However, if you claim a game from someone else's conference, then they have the right to trump you. If it's a split conference, then everyone seems to be able to work things out on their own.

I just noticed that Dave J. and I both picked the Champ Sports Bowl. You can have that game Dave since CU is in it, but if you want to split it I'll do Clemson. Totally up to you.
Bill- Do you want to split the Rose bowl with me? You can do USC and I'll take Texas, or we can both do both and compare notes. Let me know what you think.
DaveJ
Dec 23 2005, 3:17:45 PM
Oops, sorry Jeff, that was totally my fault. I didn't see you already claimed that game. We can split it, that's totally cool. I'll take the Buffaloes.

I set up my DVR to tape the Cotton Bowl (Bama-Texas Tech) and the Capital One Bowl (Wisconsin-Auburn) because I was going to be out all day. Unfortunately, something happened and neither one taped. Did anyone else tape either of those games? Sorry to those of you expecting a scouting report from either of those games. I know Greg and I were eager to see how the Wisconsin WRs performed (well, apparently, based on the box score)...
I'm currently taping the Sugar Bowl (no one else claimed it), so I'll do a review of that one in lieu of the others.
