O.K. it seemed people liked my draft, thank you. Here's round 2.without comparisons.

1.)Houston-J.Scott-houston grabs a Left tackle.Scott is a very high value for round 2.

2.)New Orleans-D.Ryans-Ryans moves down to round 2 because of the great bunch of lbs in round 1.New Orleans is very lucky that ther's so much talent in this draft.Ryans will provide a physical presence to the soft linebacking core of the saints.

3.)Tennesee-T.Hali-with Vanden Bosch leaving he will be replaced by my boy Hali.A PSU guy.Hali is very physical and will not be pushed around.

4.)N.Y. Jets-O.Jacobs-this pick will provide alot of controversy in the draft, but it is the right pick.Think about it if C.Pennington gets hurt again maybe they still do have a chance to have good season.Jacobs is smart, mobile, and has a cannon for an arm.
Magini will eventually have Jacobs sumplant Penninton as the QB of the future anyway.

5.)Green Bay-M.Jean-Gilles-Green Bay starts to replace there former great guards rivera and wahle.Gilles is wide and strong as hell.He will open up holes all the time because of his strength. And keep Favre from getting sacked all the time.Later in the draft they will need to adress the right guard spot.

6.)Oakland-Greg Blue-did anybody see the oakland secondary last year they were the softest in the nfl.Blue will put a stop to that.Blue hits harder than anybody in the draft. And will be the enforcer of the raiders defense for years to come, sort of like jack tatem did for the raiders secondary in the 70's.

7.)San Francisco-Greg Lee-outside of Brandon lloyd and frank gore, nobody made plays for the 49ers offense.Lee will provide a cocky swagger for the 49ers offense.Lee and Smith will try to become the montana to rice combination.

8.)Buffalo-Rod Wright-Buffalo needs some Dts anyway they can get them.Wright may not stop the run great but he is probably the most athletic DT in the draft,it's to bad nobody noticed in round 1.

9.)Detroit-R.O'callaghan-this giant will provide some much needed pass protection for harrington's left side.

10.)Arizona-A.Youboty-the cardinals need just one more playmaker in the secondary.Youboty,Rolle and wilson will make it tough for wide outs.

11.)St Louis-T.Howard- Probably the fastest linebacker in the draft, will look even faster on st.louis field turf.St.Louis needs defense any way they can get it and with this pick just remade there linbacking core overnight. That's a good step with Howard on the right side and greenway in the middle or leftside.

12.)Cleveland-M.Lawson-will probably be the demarcus ware of this years draft.Lawson gets overshadowed because of super mario, but the browns will see is talent and take him.Manny is the fastest End in this draft and his stock will probably go up and make him a top 15 pick this year.Lawson is a DE/OLB tweener will be the pass rusher of romeo crennel's 3-4.

13.)Baltimore-D.Jackson-with ray lewis getting old the ravens need to look to the future.D.Jackson will learn from the best.

14.)Philly-E.Sims-fits the eagles scheme perfectly with his speed and athletism.the only problem is he has a saftey's bodie. He will need to can 10-15lbs,before april.

15.)Atanta-O.Harris-he will rotate with R.Coleman and Babinoux.Harris is a good pass rusher AND CAN STOP THE RUN.

16.)Miami-K.Williams-this Dt from LSU gets overshadowed by C.Wroten.He will be the end in sabon's 3-4 defense.I know everybody wants a offense of tackle but htere are none of this high of value left.

17.)Minnesota-K.Parham-will become the future MLB and eventually become a star, his grade isn't as high as ahmad brooks though.

18.)Dallas-G.Watson-the big tuna eyes light up when he see's this guy still left on the board. With no safteys this high of value on the board, and L.Glover probably out the door he will come in and rotate with J.Ferguson.At 6'4 338lbs he is a true NT in the
3-4.Just like V.Wilfork is to NE,C.Hampton is to Pittsburgh, and J.williams is to SD.
Dallas will have a true 3-4 with Canty,Spears,Ferguson,Ratliff,Coleman, and Watson all rotating with each other.Dallas will look to draft a cover saftey in round 3.

19.)San Diego-J.Allen-Saftey will be a big need for san diego, dallas passed up on allen, but SD will not.

20.)Kansas City-H.Baskett-KC's offense has always missed a true number 1 receiver.Basket will try to become that in the future.

21.)New England-S.Moss-New England sees no ILBs of this value so they get a true slot receiver in sinorice moss.

22.)Washington-K.Wimbley-washington gets there pass rusher. They will probably go and draft a WR in round 3.

23.)Tampa Bay-R.Marshall-With ronde barber and kelly getting up in age they go and draft Marshall from fresno state.

24.)Cincinnati-A.Fasano-cincinnati's offense was great last year but it was missing something,oh yeah a saftey net.Because thats just what Fasano will provide to cincinnati's offense. On 3rd down he will be money.

25.)N.Y. Giants- J.Lewis-with K.Clancey leaving Jonathan lewis will replace him a start from day 1.Lewis is very underrated.

26.)Jacksonville-D.Bryd -leftwich gets another weapon to throw to.Bryd really got overshadowed by players like Bush,White,Jarrett,Mike Williams, and steve smith.

27.)Chicago-K.Jennings-Jennings is a shut down corner back, steve smith torched them, because of noy having shut down corner.Nobody thought that jennings would go this high last year, but he had a great senior year.

28.)Indianapolis-D.Dvorecek-with K.triplett leaving Dvorecek will probably start. He has just what the colts like,a high motor and very fast.

29.)Denver-J.Addai-with M.Anderson getting up in age denver will probably look to the future.addai will be the future power back of denver's offense.

30.)Seattle-S.McClover-Seattle lead the league in sacks, but the defenseive line is a whole bunch of no names that lack talent.McClover should have stayed in school because he would have been a Top 10 pick in 07.

31.)Carolina-Demetrius Williams-Steve smith needs some help, and williams should do just that.Colbert will probably move back to his money spot in the slot.

32.)Pittsburgh-M.Nance-Rothlesberger will be happy to be back with his former teammate.Nance will be what P.Burress was two years ago if he can develope quickly, watch out.

****3rd Round round tommorow*****

Parham doesnt fit are scheme at OLB. Jim Johnson are DC likes his OLB to be a little small, but fast for coverage and bltizing. Parham would be a ILB in are scheme and its too early for one because we have a pro bowler there Jeremiah Trotter, who is also 28 years old. Tamba Hali in round 2 is wayy too low, he is atleast a top 20 pick. He is right up there with Kiwi and a little behind Super Mario. I see Manny Lawson as a 1st round pick, teams really are in need for OLB in the 3-4 and they start to rise come draft day. Early 2nd at the latest for him.

Glad to see you have Rod Wright in round 2, he isnt playing that hard at all and definately could fall to round 2 and I wont be surpised.

DT is not the problem with the run. DE is . we will not take a DT in this draft unless Ngata somehow falls to our pick in the first round. we don't need a DT. We need DE, CB, RB, and OL a whole lot more. DeMario Minter makes a lot more sense here.

A TE fits for the Bengals here, but I don't know about him if he draws comparrisions to Matt Schobel. If Lewis is really looking to complete his offense you could see him taking Pope in the first and a DT in this pick. This would not be a bad way to go, although i think that if the Bengals don't take Pope/Lewis/Davis in the first round that they are look defensivly and will be taking Bing in the first, a DT here like Kedric Golston our of UGA and wait to take a TE until the 3rd or even not at all.

Are you going to be doing a 3rd round arock?

i hope blue is a SS cuz thats where the oakland raiders are hurtin bad shwigert not that bad and namdi and washington or c-wood if he stays are all good DBs

Atlanta is good at DT:

UT: Coleman/Babineaux
NT: Lavalais/Shropshire/Lake

They're all young and will improve during the offseason. Whether you believe me or not, you have to agree that the solution to excessive youth at a position is not adding more youth to the position.

Round 2 is way too high for Jacobs.

Kyle Williams will go in the 3rd round at best and why is it that everybody thinks Miami needs a DT? they have Manuel Wright and Kevin Vickerson who were both rookies last year and Jeff Zgonina is still playing well, Miami also has Kevin Carter and Vonnie Holliday who both play DT every game. Miami only needs a NT for when they go into the 3-4 and Kyle Williams isn't a NT
Arock
Manuel Wright is the perfect NT in the 3-4.He's 6'6 329lbs.He can take up alot of space if he wants to.He would of been a top 10 pick in 06 if he would of stayed in school.
And Kyle Williams would be a End in the 3-4.Remember what the texans did with travis johnson.Kyle Williams is way to small to play NT but perfect in the 3-4 as a end.

Actually, I think given who's left on that board, they'd get McClover.

I'm starting to think he's the smart target in the second round for them anyway, unless they can get a free agent to come over and strengthen that position. At 260 lbs., he doesn't scream run defender, but the ability to get a hybrid-type DE in the 2nd round would probably make Mora and McKay sweat. They swooned over D. Ware last year.

I still don't believe corner is that high a priority for Atlanta. Corner wasn't a problem until the defensive line stopped getting sacks.

It looks to me like you are doing your homework. After the the first 10 picks in the draft it is a total crap shoot. So anything could happen in round 2 and looking from the outside looking in on the picks. You are hitting the right needs on the teams.
