The Herrian thing has do more with his connection to Taylor than with talent...Nebraska really didnt have many other options a couple of seasons ago for Taylor to throw to due because of previous style of offense. Taylor had a season of getting comfortable throwing the ball to the wideouts and now Herrian is just a forgotten man
I watched this game and I thought it was the Adam Carriker vs. Thaddeus Washington show, not Neb.-Colo. 
Zac Taylor passed 249 yards and two touchdowns as the Huskers downed their rival Colorado 37-14. Taylor threw touchdown passes to Terrence Nunn and Brandon Jackson to tie Tommie Frazier's school career record of 43. Taylor finished 19-of-28 and ran his season total to a school-record 2,789 yards. He set the record of 2,653 last year. Brandon Jackson was the power, running 34 times for 142 yards and a touchdown.
