Georgia righted the ship at the end of their up and down season, scoring three straight wins over ranked opponents, including a 31-24 comeback upset of No. 14 Virginia Tech in the Chick-fil-A Bowl. The offense, led by freshman quarterback, Matthew Stafford, had help from senior linebacker Tony Taylor, who set up two fourth-quarter touchdowns with interceptions.

Martrez Milner 87 6' 4.0" 255 4.65 TE 2007 Looked decent out there. He caught a nice long pass among his grabs.

Dan Inman 72 6' 7.0" 315 5.15 OT 2007 Did a good job blocking, but never head his name mentioned.

Quentin Moses 94 6' 4.5" 257 4.67 DE 2007 Was pretty silent all game.

Tony Taylor 43 6' 1.0" 237 4.75 LB 2007 Had a huge game. Picked off two key passes to set up scores. Made a few tackles for losses and was in on a bunch more. Was very active all day, always around the ball.

Jarvis Jackson 45 6' 2.0" 225 4.60 LB 2007 Another guy who seemed pretty quiet, I did not hear his name much.

Tra Battle 25 5' 11.0" 180 4.55 S 2007 Not much of a factor today.

Brandon Miller 12 6' 3.5" 248 4.54 LB 2008 Was also not in on many stops, but looked good out there; was active around the ball.

Brandon Coutu 96 6' 0.0" 180 4.95 K 2008 Had a nice game, coverting 3/3 on field goals and 2/2 on extra points.

Charles Johnson 99 6' 2.0" 272 4.73 DE 2008 Johnson had a spectacular game. He is a complete player. Made several stops including two for losses, and forced a key fumble. Also defended a pass as well.

Nick Jones 70 6' 3.0" 295 5.20 C 2007

Paul Oliver 8 6' 0.0" 205 4.40 CB 2008 Incredible talent had a big game. Broke up a key pass play, and was there to make several stops. Tipped one ball that Taylor picked off.

Kregg Lumpkin 6 6' 1.0" 220 4.50 HB 2008 Played against a very stingy run defense, and it showed. Did have one nice long gain.
