With the hiring of Rick Neuheisel as their new HC, I think UCLA will undoubtedly have the cleanest program in the country, especially since he took the NCAA to court, and won a $4.5 million settlement.

I just paid Neuheisel 20 bucks to throw next years game against USC he told me to keep my money this one was in the bag. naw but wait till next year when he tries to go against SC in recruiting then we'll see what hes made of
