The Vikings have several spots that need addressing this year in the offseason. Here is the list in no specific order.

Possible Fixes
RT- Max Starks will be a possible free agent as will Sean Locklear and one or the other would create room for AP to run and passing time for TJack
WR- Draft Addressable, Malcom Kelly from Oklahoma
TE- Draft Addressable, Fred Davis is an amazing pass catching TE, Shaincoe has proven he cant be a consistent target and doesnt have the hands necessary for Chilly's system
CB- several uppertier CBs are gonna be free agents including Asante Samuel and Marcus Trufant...I like Cedric Griffin but im not sure McCualey is ready and if Winfield is really that dipleased with the Vikings he might be traded away
TJack needs to get his head on straight he can be good but he needs to quit forcing things
S- Mike Doss will be a free agent, Sharper and Chilly dont get along and trade talks are being rumored idk wat to think but sharper may not be in purple next year. Also the aged secondary isnt providing the stir that it is intened to do. Might be addressed in the draft
FB- Tony Richardson's contract is up but i think the Vikes will resign him for a short contract. Drafting an upper end FB in the draft like Owen Schmitt to act as on understudy of Richardson for a year or two would be beneficial for future Vikings teams

i believe that the three biggest weaknesses this team has is:
1) Pass rushing DE- somebody who'll allow the back 7 to play a true cover 2 scheme
2) WR corps- i'd like to see who they can get out of the draft, but it's not neccessary to take one in round 1 + i don't see Chili taking one there.
3) RT- Cook's progression has been good... this one's up to the coaching staff (whether they see offseason progression or not)

*** Getting Fred Davis or Martin Rucker in the 2nd would be a nice compliment for our young QB and i think they'd translate their games well into the pros.
*** The upper tier CBs i'm assuming will be tagged and Chili values his picks like gold.
*** TJack should continue to get better... he has gotten better on the whole IMO... he has lapses at times during games, but he's started less than a full season to date. look across the boards... most QBs take a bit of time to become consistently productive. i trust that Chili and Kevin Rogers can make him effective.
