Any ideas who the Titans are going to get first? Do they go after receiver help? The D looked pretty good. What other positions should they be looking to upgrade and will they be better off going after free agents?

They have got to go with receiver and offensive line. The running backs cant run, and Young has no time to throw to receivers with that line leaking like a sieve. The biggest problem they had last year was not putting points on the board, so grabbing a wide receiver as well as a kick returner can get some points on the board.
I'd say
1) WR
2) OL
3) DE(the ones they have may be leaving).
4) CB

Here's what the Titans need:
1. WR
2. CB
3. OL
4. MLB
I think they'll resign Vanden Bosh.

Yes the Titans need a WR in the first particularly a possesion tall receiver such as Limas Sweed, Malcolm Kelly or James Hardy. In the second round I wouldn't be upset if they got another receiver. But lastly I think a player like Justin King would be really good in the 3rd if he fell that far. As far as O line goes they aren't able to block for the run because everyone knows the Titans are throwing they have a good O-Line

I hear they're going to trade Pac Man...or release him. A superior athlete, but who would want his baggage? I wouldn't give a 7th rounder for him, personally.

Great talent, great athlete. I'd take a chance on him, as long as I didn't have to pay much for him.

Here's a quick personal impression at the Titan's needs, assuming they re-sign or tag Haynesworth.
WR
WR
TE
DB
RB
DT
DE
OLB
They need to find out if it's Young, or the WRs, or both. Get him a couple of WRs, one in FA or via trade, and one in the draft...then decide if Young's the QB of the future or not.
They need a TE. Troupe was a bust for them, and a TE could be a big boost to Young.
With the uncertainty of Pacman, they need to make a move. IMO, they should trade him...if that fails, release him. A deep class of CBs helps, so I say now is the time.
Brown will likely be leaving via FA, so a backup RB would be nice. This is another position they can fill via FA, and can probably find a suitable veteran with some skills in FA after the mad rush to sign the marquee RBs is over.
When Haynesworth went down, so did the Titan's ability defense. Another DT with skills would be nice...just in case.
Kyle Vanden Bosch could use a partner. A young pass rusher, at least for passing downs should be looked into.
Quick...name the starting LBs not named Bulluck.

Alge Crumbler was signed today at TE so that is a huge need that was filled. Now Titans have 2 very good TEs and that will be a huge help for VY. Alge and Bo will be great for this team. Now they need to go get a #1 WR.

Very frustrating the the Titans have all this $$$ and sit on it. They have the ablilty in be a player and get some better talent on this team but they dont want to over pay. it sux to not upgrade. Crumpler is good and will help. Hope they re-sign Bell and Odom.
Last year they didnt sign any big time guy and VY was hot so there had to have been guys that wanted to play with him. This year there are our guys and other guys that we can get but we dont. GM is one of the worst but i think he is there for salary cap purposes. easy job if you dont sign anyone. They have the ability to get 2-3 very good talented guys that can help the team right now with the 35+ mill available. i am not saying spend it all but still......guess next year Titans will have 30+ mill to spend when most teams are broke.
Please dont sign Hackett.

Here's what they need to do:
Draft WR Devin Thomas out of Michigan State, he'll be a perfect compliment to Vince with his playmaking ability and run after catch abilities. Then they should draft a DE i the second or third and also another back and corner. But Thomas is really a good fit with this team.

Another member on here has mentioned the Bills are looking at Thomas with their 1st...also a good fit for them.
