yeah and hawks a little low, actually wayyyyyy tooooo looowwww

I still like Driver over Jennings. Driver's more of a possession guy, while Jennings is a burner.
Falcon32
Yea but driver is older than jennings n jennings will keep gettin better

Yes, but I'm talking about right now. And Driver is a Probowler right now, while Jennings isn't.
packerfan
I think Greg Jennings is really going to be good, but you are right Donald Driver is the pro bowler. My problem is that I didn't see A.J. Hawk do a whole lot this year, but he is probably the reason that Nick Barnett was better this year. I agree that Ryan Grant has only played part of one year and hasn't proved anything, but man did he look impressive. He gave our running game life.
big_mack80
all depends, are we talking actual TALENT/Production, or TOOLS/Potential???

TALENT...
Brett Favre
Aaron Kampman
Charles Woodson
Nick Barnett
Al Harris
Chad Clifton
Mark Tauscher
AJ Hawk
Greg Jennings
Ryan Grant

TOOLS...
AJ Hawk
Nick Collins
Cullen Jennkins
Aaron Rouse
Atari Bigby
Nick Barnett
Corey Williams
DeShawn Wynn
Greg Jennings
Donald Lee
Daryn College

that is what i think...those that were on both lists, were there because, they are productive but haven't reached potential

Hawk i think has a chance, all the tools mentally and physically to become one of the most dominating LB's ever...not a LT llevel but greatest Packer LB ever potential...
Collins I agree has the tools to become an Ed Reed type of player, just needs to put it together
Jenkins with his ability against the run and pass, has the chance to be great as well...i can't think of an example but, he could be great
Rouse, has amazing physical tools, if he gets a head for the game, he will be deadly
Bigby is the same, not quite the tools Rouse has, but a great player still young, given time, could be an Ed Reed/Troy Polamalu hybrid, a ball-hawk, with explosive hitting
Barnett I dont' think has quite fullfilled his potential either...he has great speed for a linebacker, but also good strength and a hitter, rangy to play the pass, but I think that he will start showing that in stats shortly...
Wynn has great potential, he is 5-10, 230, but runs a 4.4!!! he will at times run with good power, great quickness fo his size, but is inconsistent. that is quite a combination of physical tools though, if he puts those tools on the field, he could be amazing..
Jennings potential will be reached after this year, just wait and see...

Hawk: 105 tackles, 1 FF, 1 INT
Not that bad, IMO. The only problem I have with him is that he doesn't hustle as much as he should. But he's a solid tackler, and he has a good all-around game.

i dont think wynn runs a 4.4. he looked slooooowwwww in the game
bcdrama
At the Combine he ran a 4.47 at 232, but he had a tendency to get out of shape at UF and had poor stamina. wink.gif

Lol, I see that you're a big Barnett fan. But there's no way that he's better than Favre, Harris, or Woodson.

Coming from a Guy who goes to UF and has been a Gator fan forever...Wynn does not have a great work ethic, does not eat a good diet and tends to be a lazy player and not practice as hard. When he gets out of shape because of his poor diet and laziness, he gets injured.

As a south Florida resident, and someone who follows all the Florida teams, I concur with everything you say about him. Could be much better if he had a work ethic, and a champion's heart.
