Matt mulligan from maine is a beast! he will bring strength and hard work. more of a blocking TE but he can catch the ball. at his pro day at maine he had 37 reps!

I am hearing good things about Bess -- specifically about his hands and quickness. I am also hearing good stuff about Will Billingsly CB North Carolina A&T. He came out last year but no one drafted him and he did not sign anywhere as an UDFA. http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/footbal...0,2697716.story

I would also like to see Miami get a guy that can create on Offense like a Bess or Foster.

Bess will definitely contribute, but he will be limited in the NFL to the slot. I have watched Bess for 2 years and he consistently shows ability to separate and his hands are as sure as they come. Perhaps his best asset is his ability to run after the catch, as soon as he gets the ball he becomes a runner. He is also not afraid to go over the middle. Bess will quickly compete to become our slot receiver. Bess was the first UDFA we contacted and I don't think that is a coincidence.

I don't know much about Billingsly but have heard good things. He is 5'10", 200 lbs, and ran a 4.33 on grass for the Dolphins. Hopefully he can push the CBs on the roster.
