Well, hopefully the eventual penalties, fines and jail times from this episode will make it easier and cheaper for the Bears to cut the Bum.

Benson was arrested after operating a motor boat while intoxicated and then decided to make things easier by ressisting arrest and getting pepper sprayed!

I am glad he's gone. Everytime i saw him play all i see is fumble fumble fumble. He was horrible. We should of drafted John David Booty

first off I don't think he's gone second he wasn't all that bad finally gettin over 1,000 in 3rd yr I believe I just think he is slowly adjusting but will b better tis yr as well compared to last yr and thirdly and most importantly this incident may not have ben his fault n he may b suing the police for not handling situation rite nd doin unnescary things like spraying him nd such...tis is told by benson numerous witnesses that were on the boat and other witnesses who were not on the boat but saw wat happened that day

It is interesting that Bensen didn't show up for the OTA. If he skipped it on his own, one would think that is a bad decision on his part expecially after his arrest. I personally think that he is going to have a much better year. With Forte applying some pressure Bensen might step up his game.
