So Jason Taylor just landed himself the move he's wanted all offseason, though I'm not sure Washington would have been his favored destination. Reports say the trade is the Redskins 2009 2nd round pick and 2010 6th round pick -- which to me is a nice deal for the Dolphins!

I wonder how many games he'll play before he lands a huge contract with some hollywood movie and retiring forever from football.

He'll be missed but he may not have been around 2 more years as a Dolphin. He may play out his contract now with the Redskins tho. I think because of that it was a good deal for both teams.

I think both teams made out nice. To get Taylor for a 2nd this year and a 6th next year is a pretty small price to pay for a guy who might be in the Hall of Fame one day. As far as contenders go, WAS is looking good and if they can get out of thier own division, they might do some damage in the playoffs. I think that team will be really good in 2 yeras.

For Parcells, he builds his teams through the draft and gets "his guys". So 2 new draft picks for him I'm sure is a welcomed addition. It just didn't seem like him and Taylor were on the same page and for him to get ride of a guy he didn't want for a 2nd and a 6th, good value for both teams.
