Eddie the "Speed Demon" Royal and Ryan the "Pain Train" Torain are full steam ahead on their respective tracks as the future or the Broncos. Royal has looked amazing, and Torain is drawing great praise. Watch out! WE COMING FOR YA!

Both should be major contributors this season, especially Royal, who'll play much more as a receiver than anticipated. Jack Williams and Josh Barrett are having excellent camps and have a chance to play this season. Don't let the first depth-chart fool you; now it's veterans first but these rookies are almost certain to climb as the season approaches.

Of course, Torain was carted off the practice field this morning with what is being called an "elbow injury," but it sounds suspiciously like a concussion. Following a hit on an outside run, he was dazed, helped to the sideline and sat down under a shade tree and covered with wet towels. When he regained his wits he was placed on a cart, where he gave RB Coach Bobby Turner the thumbs-up. Lets hope he's all right and not about to join fellow rookie Carl Powell on the IR.

Well, it's a broken elbow for Torain.
Looks like he'll be out for 6-8 weeks, and possibly more.

This will make my pick of Selvin Young in Fantasy a little more helpful, but it is very sad for Ryan, I hope him the best and by mid season i expect him to be running over everyone.

sounds like surgery for Torain. I would expect that he will be placed on IR as it looked like he would be a spot contributor. Frees up roster space for others and allows him to get healthy. Too bad because it sounded like he was catching on and was a very tough runner.
