With the emergance of Kyle Orton this year, what do you think will happen with Grossman? Will he resign as the back up? What should the Bears do? Resign him? Draft a Rookie to battle with Hanie for the backup job? Or should they sign a free agent to be the back up? If so, who do you think would be a good choice.

Personally I would assume that Grossman would leave and try to be a starter somewhere else.
I would like the Bears to find a veteran back up first, but if there is nobody worth it I think it would be wise to draft somebody in the 4-6 range to fit that role.

Look at the QB situations in places like Kansas City, Detroit etc. and you'll soon realize that Rex will leave. One of those teams will see that, however bad Grossman can be, he is almost certainly better than the guys those teams have on their roster.

Plus, for Rex, it will give him a chance to become a starter again in a new city and to try and prove himself.
