The 6'4 300lb Defensive Tackle from Nebraska is improving his stock and on his way to a possible 1st Team Big 12 selection. He is leading the Huskers with 65 tackles and 14 TFL. 5.5 sacks and an interception returned for a touchdown. Started off slow, but has been dominating the past three games.

Listen to what Tim Griffin of ESPN has to say:

"Nebraska's Ndamukong Suh is playing like the Big 12's best defensive player the last several weeks. And he's doing something that's extremely difficult by dominating from the defensive tackle position. Most defensive tackles tie up a couple of blockers and enable linebackers behind them to make plays. Suh is becoming such a force as the prime run-stopper for the Cornhuskers that he's leading his team in tackles. His development might be Bo Pelini's most striking transformation since he arrived."

What do you guys think? I'm thinking he is a late 2nd early 3rd if he comes out and if he keeps up he might move up into early to mid second.

I think you may be right, although Zach Potter has nearly equaled his production in terms of the pass rush numbers. However, whenever a guy with his size is leading his team in tackles, people are bound to sit up and take notice.

Yeah Potter has played very well also. Potter could probably play in any system, 4-3 or 3-4. Too bad that Callahan had to waste his freshman season so he could be on field goal block unit. Just think they could return their top three d lineman on a pretty good unit.

I remember when Suh was being recruited and he chose Nebraska over Cal. He's a big body and has some nice athleticism. I could definitely see him sneaking up into the high 2nd round, possibly even the worst with fantastic workouts. A solid pickup who will make a good pro.

I really like both Suh and Potter, though I think Potter will have far more of an impact early on in the NFL. Suh is huge (and still growing), quick, explosive and athletic, but his technique is spotty and he plays too high and out of control at times. He obviously is making great strides, though, but DT is the hardest position on defense in the NFL to play as a rookie. Still think he could be a second rounder, but he'll need time to develop.

Potter is quietly one of the best DE's in the nation. He's built like a 3-4 end but has the athleticism and quickness to function as a base end in the 4-3. Will never be a highlight reel guy, but gets great push as a pass rusher and really holds down his end of the line in run defense. He could play for me anytime.

Well we don't have to worry about thinking where Suh is going to go.

He said that he is coming back for his senior season. He said that he'll still fill out the paper work, but only to see where he needs to improve.

He is coming back. He wants to graduate and continue to develop under the Pelini's.

There were many saying that he would be a high second round pick and maybe a late first.
