stafon johnson fron usc and LeGarrette Blount of oregon are both looking at the nfl. both have next level talent and depending on where the advisory board has them they might make the leap.

Is the advisory board pretty accurate normally? Do they realy help these kids? Just curious.

Wonder what that boards mock looks like.

The advisory board is pretty good in projecting first rounders, after that, their board is as much a crap shoot as anybody else's. They often over-rate guys and do far more harm than good when those guys come out, only to go late or undrafted, and lose BOTH the shot at the big money and a degree.

The only advantage they have is setting themselves up in the role of creating some self-fulfilling prophecies, as EVERYBODY looks at what they say...

I like both players and there is a dearth of big backs in this draft, Jennings is the only Sr. TB over 225 expected to be picked in the 1st 5 rounds!! ohmy.gif If Welles, Greene and Scott declare they' go in the first to early 3rd. Blount is likely on the 2nd/3rd bubble and Stafon Johnson is likely to be rated in the last 1/2 of the 3rd. Johnson wants to be a top 15 pick, to do so he needs a big senior year, he might have a good wink.gif shot at being the 1st senior TB next year.
