This should help recriuitng and TEN could become a dominate Defensive team. I guess at this point in his career, he'd rather spend time with his son than potentially get a head coaching gig.

I don't know how many people would hire him as their head coach. Most teams would like to have somebody younger. If he wanted one he probably would have taken it a while ago.

Monte Kiffin is an incredible coach, with him on board I can definitely see Tennessee returning to the top of the SEC very soon.
