Is there a team with a better WR corps than UNC when Foster, Nicks and Tate were all in there? Though they are not as fast as UF or OU on the outside, all are complete players, hands, RAC and good blockers.

If you are talking about Bowl standouts, you can't forget Pat White. I know he won't be a quarterback in the NFL, but he had one heck of a game. It will be interesting to see who picks him up and how they use him.

You hadn't heard that much about Jahvid Best-Rb Cal, Jacory Harris-QB Miami
Shaw Spence- Lb Miami
All were 5 star recruits, Best was called Reggie Bush jr. from his 11th grad year own. Spence has been compared to Ian Gold and Jacory Harris to Dennis Dixon and Randall Cunningham. Tate and Little are hardly sleepers and the 6-foot-2.6 207 lbs Byrd was a top 70 recruit in some circles at a HS combine he put up these numbers-
Forty: 4.49 secs
Bench max: 260 pounds
Squat max: 540 pounds
Vertical: 33 inches
Shuttle: 4.18 secs
3-Cone: 7.06
Broad Jump: 9-11
A real sleeper to me is Alric Arnett from WVU.

yeah alric had a good game it seems like wvu alway has a wr that can make big plays but is a sleeper. i didn't know byrd was that highly ranked i think he puts that 33inch vert to shame because he was jumping out of the stadium. i don't think harris has the running skills of dixon or cunningham but he may at this point be a better pure passer. once he got his confidence he was hard to stop. i could see um going to the bcs sooner than later

How about the performances of two players on new years day
Ndamukong Suh had 8 tackles, four of them where for loss, two sacks, and blocked a field goal. I know he has said that he is coming back, but if he continues to build off of his successful second half of the season he could possibly be a first round pick.
Damion Williams is having a monster game against Penn State in the rose bowl. With just over 6 minutes left in the third quarter he has 9 catches for 147 yards and a touchdown. Remember that he is eligible to enter the draft if he chooses to.

I don't know what Cushing's numbers were today. But he passes the "eye test" to me. That guy really looks like he has the build of a four year pro.
Side note" did Rey help or hurt himself staying for this last year? (obviously draft day will tell) But just wondered what you guys thought.

I believe Rey did hurt his stock, after that Rose Bowl Game his Junior year against Illinois he would have had a lot of momentum heading into the draft. But to say it was the wrong decision would be well wrong. Rey made a promise to his dad to come back to school to graduate and he should, he made the best decision in life, whether he slips 10 picks from what he would have been last year or not. Knowing Rey, he is a good person, and anyone who loses a parent at such a young age, has to deal with it, and Rey has matured a lot, and has become a leader.

i think after yesterday mark sanchez might be playing on sunday next season. im a usc fan and he impressed even me. h proved he could make all the throws and that he has amazing arm strength. his throws had good velocity and accuracy. derrick williams of psu had a good gam i said last year that before all is said and done he could be a day one late first pick and i still believe it. he has elite speed and good toughness for his size. damian williams had a great game im gla he is coming back he could be the first wr going in next yeard draft. i think maivia the lb from SC should get 2-3 round consideration. i think the extra year might have hurt rey just from the draft needs standpoint but i think your getting a better player this year a guy that is more mature that didn't have as many big popping tackles as before but showed he could stay at home and wrap up when he needed which to me was his only flaw.

Taylor Mays.
I've liked Mays since he was a highly recruited safety coming out of the Seattle area. I also remember his sophomore year where he nearly took off DeSean Jackson's head on a slant pattern. He is the hardest hitting safety I have seen in a long long time, and he did not blow any coverages ta boot. I seriously would give hundreds of my own dollars to get Mays in a Bronco uniform.

I want Mays to be a Bronco as bad as you haha! But wasn't that Kevin Ellison who laid that hit on DeSean?

Its a shame Quan Cosby from texas isn't a 21 year old junior!! I don't know how many teams would look at a 26 year old? But that guy had a night worth mentioning!
Like 14 catches a buck seventy two and 2 tds.
(unrelated to this thread; jim tressel doesn't impress me and Pryor throws the ugliest inaccurate ball, I really didn't enjoy watching him regaurdless if he is a true freshman)
