Brees and the Saints only went 8-8 Packers were 6-10 and with a little better defensive play they could have done better. For example 7 of their 10 losses were by 4 or less. And those teams are ATL(11-5), TENN(13-3), MIN(10-6), CAR(12-4), HOUS(8-8), JAC(5-11), CHI(9-7). 4 of those 7 teams were playoff teams, 5 of those 7 teams had a winning record, 6 of those 7 teams had a .500 record or better, and combined those teams records were 68-44. If they win 3-4 of them they could have won the division this year. To the 4th quarter point he does indeed need to play a little better at the end of the 4ths but I believe he will, it was only his first full year and an impressive one at that!

Saints went 8-8 in a much tougher conference and absolutely blew us out! There division would've had 3 playoff teams if the Bucs didn't choke in the last half of the season like aaron rodgers did in the 4th quarter all year!

Definitely not, Manning is actually a leader. He led that team with all those injuries, Umenyiora, Jacobs, etc... and also without Plax and the circus that came with it. He led that team through adversity to the number 1 seed...

No eli didnt the only reason they were that good was Brandon Jacobs. When he was gone they sucked and when Plax was gone they sucked. Those were the two leaders of that team. Eli Manning is overrated. He is good but not what some people believe. He's the reason they eventually lost because he missed a bunch of oppurtunities in the Eagles game that would have led them to victory but he could not make those throws and they lost.

a lot of qbs go to the superbowl but not cuz they led them but the running game and defense did! And jacobs failed once on 4th & inches if i remember correct eli was unable to move the ball a cm forward to convert the other time on 4th & inches and he gets the ball right at the line and gets stuffed like the little ***** he is....good point!!!!!

No pretty sure Eli got stuffed trying to move the ball a cm forward on 4th & inches I was at the game...the giants were about a 500 team when they didnt have jacobs or plax so without either a good rb or good wr eli isnt that great or without the defense he has...hes good just not as good as people claim he is...if they had another qb hed do as good a job easily...Rodgers could do better on that team with Jacobs, Plax, and that defense...please im done here
