[b]biggrin.gif Well weeks ago I was in NC visiting some family members. I wanted to take my family to a park to enjoy themselves. I noticed a group of guys on the football doing some drills and running. It caught my interest so I decided to go over and watch while my kids stayed over with my wife. I didnt want to make it seem obvious I was starring at them. So I walked around the track watching them closely. I noticed some players taking in advice from this guy. I notice as the closer I got those were some big guys that looked well in shape. They were doing some drills I never seen in my life. Even the bigger guys had some nice footwork and were quick. While watching they left the field doing some agility drills and went to the track to run. There trainer already had some cones set up as if he were training them to run 40yd dashes. I heard there trainer said give me 30% as they began to run 40yd dashes. After watching it caught my attention they were going up in the percentile and there speed was changing dramatically. One guy ran 40yds in 4.7 seconds the trainer yelled at 70%. I was amazed the guy looked every bit of at least 260 to 270 pounds. He was moving faster then chris long when he ran at the NFL combine at 100% and was bigger then him. He stood out to me immediately then the next guy ran a 4.68 40yd dash at 70% I was thinking to myself why arent they in the NFL. If any scouts get a chance and is in the NC area there are some diamond in the ruff guys out there Chavis Park to be exact. Look at willie parker he was a diamond in the ruff and is now player for a superbowl title. Till next time...........
