There has been rumors around the league that the Raider organization is enamored with Michael Crabtree. They believe there most viable option to land him will be at the fifth pick. We all know Mangini doesn't let anyone know what he plans in the off-season but I will believe he would love to trade down and pick up another 2nd or 3rd round pick. If the Browns move down to the 7th and Orakpo and Curry have both been selected; I would believe the Browns would look hard at Rey Maualaga and Everette Brown.

I think a move down with Mau and Brown as the choice at 7 would be bad.. Dont get me wrong, Mau's a stud, its just that value for MLBs isn't that great. Theres not many teams at all that need a MLB. Brown is SMALL, and I don't think he's all that good. I firmly believe 100% that he will bust ala Jamal Reynolds..

Why not Maybin? His stock has been on the rise since his combine/pro day results.

First of all Everette Brown is not "small" he is 6'2" and 256lbs. Also watch his games, every game he has played in this year you notice his disruption in opponents backfield. He has a very nice youtube highlight reel http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vyX5mfb-eaA. Everette Brown reminds me a lot of Kamerion Wimbley....and two Kamerion Wimbley's rushing the passer is scary. Mr. Brown has an assortment of pass rushing techniques that trump Orakpo and Maybins arsenal of moves. Alex Boone of OSU actually neutralized him in the fiesta bowl that they moved Orakpo to the other side. So ya he won't be a bust and you should do your homework my friend.

We'll see... Just because someone has an "assortment of pass rushing techniques", it doesn't mean anything. Courtney Brown had great moves.. As did Michael Haynes and Jerome McDougale.... I know that Boone took care of Rak, I never said that he didnt.. And WImbleys a good rusher, but not much of anything else.
