Is Stafford the right pick for the Lions? Monroe, Smith or Sanchez to the Rams at 2?

Nice...Ive been waiting for a discussion thread to come thru..but im a little nervous about the turn out on this site during the draft...i know im going to be here all weekend(YEAAAHH BOYY).

On 1. Stafford isnt a home run prospect, but he got home run money....I cant predict how questionable QB prospects will fair out(Matty Ice) but i hope he does for the Lions sake and the sake of the title that comes with the 1st overall pick.

On 2. OH BOY here we go.. should come down to the wire....My prediction Jason Smith...several sources say thier going Monroe and many more have them into Sanchez..which is most likely a screen but some are now saying that they actually might pick Sanchez and deal Bulger....WOW!
New rumors have the Redskins buying into the screen and trying to trade up to 2 from 13. Thats going to take some picks but i the skins really want Sanchez as thier qb of the future, they should move up

I can't have my phone tied up all day, as my cell gets crap reception in my community and my boss calls me at least twice a day on weekends to check on random crap for reviews and schedules. Jason Smith will be the starting LT from day one for the Rams. He is a great overall prospect, although he will not be a good as Orlando Pace, he will be a solid Tackle for many years to come.

and if he busts........he can fill in at TE
