Here was our draft from this year:

#9- BJ Raji, NT/DE

#26- Clay Matthews, OLB

#109- TJ Lang, OT

#145- Quinn Johnson, FB

#162- Jamon Meredith, OT

#182- Jarius Wynn, DE/OLB

#187- Brandon Underwood, DB

#218- Brad Jones, ILB

Personally, I would give the draft a B+.

I loved the Raji pick, due to my rising fear that TT, notorious for going BPA no matter what the situation, would select Crabtree. Raji will provide us with a potential dominating NT for years to come. For now, he can start at DE opposite of Jenkins for us, while Pickett starts at NT. After Pickett's contract runs out at the end of the year, we'll most likely let him go and move Raji to NT.

Although it was a tad bit costly to trade up for Matthews, I feel it was worth it. Matthews is a great pass rusher, effective at hitting the gaps, has great athleticism, a solid tackler, and he is great at fighting off blockers. The sky is the limit for him.

Despite all of this, I believe that our best selection was Meredith at #162. When we passed on him for Lang at #109, I was sorely disappointed. Never did I believe, or even hope, that Meredith could possibly fall all the way to #162. I was overjoyed when we got him that late. Like many, I viewed him as a 2nd round talent. He is a great fit for our ZBS, and he should be our starting LT in 2-3 years.

TT often garners plenty of criticism from Packer nation. However, he fulfilled his duties in this draft by making sound choices and granting our team a brighter future.

How would you guys grade our draft?

I think Lang will end up as a G...and a good one at that. He's nasty, and will bring an attitude to your line. Don't forget, this kid was a DE and has only played 3 years as an OL, but G is where I see him ending up. I like Matthew's bloodlines, and thought his dad was a heck of a LB. He is a kid where there are a lot of mixed thoughts. Only played LB his last year in college, and he had a hard time disengaging from blocks. We'll have to see if he can be a pass rusher at the next level, but my guess is he'll be okay as long as he stays healthy, and there are injury concerns with him. Someone you didn't mention was the FB Johnson. I'm not real familiar with your offense, but if you use a lead FB, he's a great blocker. All things considered, I wouldn't be surprised if every one of your draft picks make your team. I like your draft.

I love the Quinn pick, but the main concern I have with it is that he will force us to cut John Kuhn, a FB that I have viewed as underrated recently.

And I should have listed Lang as a G/T, my mistake.
