Jarmon is a great prospect and I wouldn't be surprised if someone used a 3rd rounder to claim him. Despite his positive test, he's a character guy and a heckuva player too. He's in Philadelphia today, meeting with the Eagles, who are interested in adding him.

Surrency is probably a bit more risky as a pick, but he could go with a 6th or 7th rounder. He's got great size and decent speed, but he has some issues that teams will need to investigate and determine their comfort level with before taking a chance on him.

Jarmon is an excellent 4-3 DE prospect, I would use a 2nd to 3rd rounder to add him. He had a hell of a sophomore year but his productivity declined his junior season when he faced more double teams. Very good burst for a guy his size. I think he'll go somewhere in the 4th but definitely has the potential to go earlier.

As for Surrency; he definitely has the talent to warrant a 5th-7th round selection, but his off the field problems and age (he'll turn 25 this December) will likely cause him to go the free agent route.
