I just removed Josh McNeil from the position ranks. He's going to undergo some more knee surgery that will likely keep him off the field for the remainder of the year, and will likely end his football career. Lane Kiffin indicated that he's had a lot of trouble keeping his knees healthy and isn't able to gain weight the way he needs to.

Or maybe he'll drop because he had 8 carries for -5 and tackled for a safety (although a lateral running play 3 yards deep in the endzone was probably not the best play call in that situation) against a WAC defense (but the Boise 'D' was getting after it!).

Couple that with his pre-game quote of "We owe this team an a.. whoopin' " and then having to be restrained by stadium security from the fans after the punch, and I can confidently say he is not "off to an auspicious start"after his 17 rushing TDs last year.
