I'm curious to see what others think, but personally I think this is a joke. You take a banned substance and a judge in your state (who could be a fan or not...I don't know) over rules the NFL.

It seems that the court has treated them as normal citizens rather than athletes, the burden of proof is on the accuser. The NFL has often acted with wide, and not always legal, lattitude in its discliplinary actions. This is an intriguing situation.
