As a Falcons fan, I find I can bear Carolina's misfortunes with great fortitude. smile.gif

They need to address the quarterback position. Delhome is horrible and they don't have much hope behind him.

If they didn't realize that before, then last night surely woke them up. I have a prediction here. The Chargers have a young QB, a hometown boy named Charlie Whitehurst who played at Clemson. Originally a 3rd round pick, he's been sitting on the Charger's bench now for 4 years, but he's looked better and better every year in the pre-season, and he's obviously benefited from the tutelage he's received from Norv Turner, and also from watching Rivers, Brees, and Volek. He likely would come relatively cheap in FA, and I believe he just might be ready for a legitimate shot at a starting job in the NFL. Just a thought.
