According to the article there is talk is that some high ranking officals would rather have the draft before free agency starts. And that they want to have both the Senior Bowl and the East/West Shrine Bowl in the same city.
Just curious of what everybody else thinks.
Personally I would think that having free agency before the draft is the best way to have it.

I am a dumb construction worker, but I imagine having the draft before free agency would be helpful at keeping free agency prices lower because teams could fill needs with cheaper draft picks. (except to 12 picks of course)
