Mardy Gilyard 1 6' 0.0" 180 4.45 WR 2010 - held in check for much of this game. Started at WR and returned kicks and punts. Made minimal impact as a PR, having to fair catch every attempt. Averaged over 27yds per KOR. Ran once for 5yds. Caught 5 balls for 75yds. Never got in the endzone. Still looks like a 2nd-rounder to me. Grade - slightly positive
Ricardo Mathews 90 6' 2.5" 294 5.15 DT 2010 - despite racking up two TFLs and half a sack, he really didn't stand out to me. His linemate, Alex Daniels, was far more impressive, imho. Grade - neutral
Tony Pike 15 6' 6.0" 225 4.89 QB 2010 - left shortly after the 2nd half started with a left arm injury. Likely will return for the next game. Not as impressive as the last time I saw him, but still looks good. Tall. Gangly. Could stand to add a few pounds of muscle. More mobile than I remember him being. Very good arm strength, accuracy, and decision-making. Doesn't get rattled easily. Won't go as high as Gilyard as of this evaluation, but I can see him going in the late-2nd to early-3rd and eventually becoming an NFL starter. Grade - slightly positive
Kazeem Alli 8 6' 2.0" 260 4.80 TE 2010 - capable of being a TE, FB, or H-back. Never saw the field on offense due to Cincy's reliance on the multi-WR spread offense. Was heavily involved on special teams, mostly as a blocker on the punt squad. Looks like a developmental UDFA type. Grade - neutral
Jeff Linkenbach 71 6' 6.0" 313 5.18 OT 2010 - another Bearcat who didn't look quite as impressive as the last time I saw him. Struggled to handle George Selvie's speed. Occassionally dealt with Jason Pierre-Paul and dealt with him better, but still had some difficulty. Was usually able to force the outside speed rush just fast enough and far enough to allow Pike and Zach Collaros to step up in the pocket. Looked adequate in the run game. Handled the rare bull rush with ease. Grade - neutral
Aaron Webster 17 6' 1.3" 211 4.65 S 2010 - less than impressive. One solo tackle and an assist. Returned a pick for 83yds, but it was a gift (a bad decision by USF freshman QB B. J. Daniels), and the return went for as long as it did due to blocking, not speed. Nice size, but speed and instincts are lacking. Missed a lot of tackling opportunities due to taking poor angles on the ball carrier. Grade - negative
Alex Daniels 89 6' 3.0" 257 4.95 DT 2010 - wore number 4 in this game. I noticed his number a lot. Lined up at both DE and DT, though he'd have to be a 4-3 DE in the pros. Doesn't blow you away with size, speed, or athleticism, but DOES blow you away with effort. Reminds me a bit of former Dolphin 1st round pick Marco Coleman. His stats (1 solo, 4 assists, and half a TFL) belie hoe active he was in this game. Grade - positive

Matt Grothe 8 5' 11.5" 213 4.70 QB 2010 - DNP due to injury. Grade - incomplete
George Selvie 95 6' 3.7" 242 4.78 DE 2010 - put up some numbers (2 solos, 4 assists, 2 TFLs, a forced fumble, and a sack), but still looks like an overrated one-trick pony to me. Gets by on speed. Has no moves, no technique, no power, and no leverage. Once an O-lineman gets his hands on him, he's done. I'll never question his effort - he does go full-bore on every play - but he's gonna need a good DL coach if he's going to amount to anything at the next level. Grade - slightly positive
Nate Allen 5 6' 2.0" 200 4.50 S 2010 - 2 solos, 5 assists, a pick, and a PBU. Didn't stand out as much as he did the last time I checked out. Just don't recall seeing his number as much or hearing his name as much. Generally an alert, athletic, centerfielder who would likely excel in a Cover-2 at the next level. Looks like a 2nd-rounder at his point to me. Grade - slightly positive
Jason Pierre-Paul 90 6' 5.0" 261 4.70 DE 2011 - quite frankly impresses me more than Selive. Bigger and faster, but also relies on speed to much and lacks technique. Has a better build (I'm still surprised at how little definition Selvie has in his arms. I mean, look at Micah Johnson), but perhaps not quite the drive (though he's certainly not lazy). Should stay in school, but is someone to remember for the 2011 Draft. Grade - slightly positive
Jerome Murphy 3 6' 1.0" 185 4.48 CB 2010 - clearly the Bulls best CB, but made some boneheaded moves in this game (stupid, unneccesary penalties). Great size. Good speed. Not afraid to mix it up. Good nose for the ball. Would have a positive grade if not for the penalties. Grade - neutral
