Johnnie King, I mean the is a kid being pushed around from school to school. Coming out of high school as the number 2 quarterback in the nation and ending up at a Junior College he's been a canidate for alll american for the last 2 years dominating the d2 stats and not getting any reconission for any of the things that he's done. is it his fault he is in a division 2 independent conference and kills. Give the kid some credit he's good. He has nice size 6'2 195 about a 4.3 forty and great hands. Heck he even blocks down field he leads his team with knockdowns. when I've seen him he doesnt hit the smallest gys he want the big guys. I think this kid should get way more credit don't go off of everyones favorite give the respect to the ones who earn it and deserve it..

He made D2Football.com's All-Independent Squad and our Pre-Season DII All-America, he has nice size, can you confirm that 40 time, I have no times even close to that on him, is that from a combine, pro day, or off-season conditioning and on what surface?

He sure dominated the stats to the tune of zero catches last week.

He's not dominating any D2 stats...

LT can we get anything confirmed on him other then that he actually exists?? For all we know he could be the Yeti of D-II college players with that 40 time if in fact it's real

King finished the year with 51 catches in 11 games 730 yards a 14.3 average, 8 TDs and a long of 60 yards. He has been been measured by scouts last spring at 6'2 5/8" but I still have no confirmation of a time. He eyeballs out in roughly the 4.45-449 range, I don't buy 4.3 anything as of yet.

Those are still nice numbers, although I would've hoped he'd be more dominant at the D2 level than those numbers indicate. Any back story (injuries, etc.)?
bcdrama
Usual stuff, grades out of HS, scholarship squeeze, position switch and though he's good I see no signs of a Johnny Knox type of transcendent talent. wink.gif

Midwestelitefootball 2006 combine electronically confirmation of time and this syear they ran the ball a ton more and he had excellent blocking down field I mean when you are the only receiver you're expected to dominate but they have a sharing system 4 wide sometime 5 and the pressure the double and triple coverage what is his coach suppose to do force it. Long story short the kid is a great leader and will make a serious and great impact at the next level. Johnny Knox school to johnnie kings school not comparable if king had either of his numbers at the same school than he'd be a god but since he's at a smaller school its not compatable. This kid dominates each game he plays wit great plays in every game even northwest. Go to his youtube johnnie king #11 I watched it it great I think you can judge better off that.
