Fantastic Pass Blocker, with great footwork and packs a punch. Packers Pass Protection has been PATHETIC this season and we need to find a way to improve it quickly or A-Rod won’t have a very long Career. Aaron Kampman is not a 34 OLB, seeing him drop into coverage has been brutal, while his Pass Rush has been sub-par as well its time to Trade him off and bring in someone who fits into the scheme. Young is a Great Pass Rusher who is still Developing his skills, while he has very fluid hips and drops into coverage very well. Still needs to bulk up just a bit but very good upside and should make an immediate impact. Ryan Grant has not shown he is capable of being a full time starter; he needs someone to share the backfield with. Tate is a powerful runner with the speed to separate and go the distance. A great work ethic, and competitive runner that will force Grant to either improve or step aside as the starting RB. Great vision and will add some pass protection ability and pass catching ability we don’t really have right now on 3rd downs. Might be a round to early for Tate but he should start shooting up draft board soon. Big Physical ILB that will help free up one of our guys to roam more freely. Very strong player that takes on and sheds blocks well, allowing him to get to the RB. Great Tackler especially in the Open Field, not a great blitzer but should help free up one of our Pass Rushers. Plays a lot like Channing Crowder. Lack of depth at the Kick Return position is really hurting us this year and we need the extra offensive boost. Also may develop into a solid slot WR down the line. Another Depth Pick I love Matt Flynn, he is a tough competitor that is not pretty but just gets it done, but if Rodgers was to go down for a few weeks due to a pathetic Offensive Line Flynn is not the guy I want in for any long stretch. Hiller is a 3rd Round Talent that has a chance to slip completely out of the draft due to a long history of injuries. Has a Huge Arm and will have no problems playing in the cold weather in Wisconsin. Former CB, with very good range, and is a player who is not afraid to come up and hit you. Injury history and lack of speed to play the CB position will drop him in the draft, but if still available at this point in the draft would be a big steal. |

I love Breno Giacomini but we arent playing him for some reason must not be ready but I think him and young will be able to fight it out for the Starting RT Spot, at least thats what I would love to see. very solid draft, i like the hiller pick, i actually got to see him play and he was almost a dead ringer to what Matt Schaub is for the texans |
