LATE NOTE: Ran 4.86 and 4.79 in the 40 and posted a 9'0" broad jump at the Missouri Pro Day on 3-19-09. StrengthsTremendous leader who won his first game and his last start (The Alamo Bowl) in overtime, the only two OT contests in his career. Smart player with a live, accurate arm capable of making all the throws. When decisive displays a quick release and can really stick a throw, but also shows the ability to drop them in with touch. Good pocket presence and can read defenses. Excellent runner who knows when to slide and when to dive for extra yardage, and even has some moves in the open field. Blocks on reverses and trick plays. Tough, and built to withstand punishment.
WeaknessesSeemed to press too much at times in 2008 and did not always play up to his standards. Locked onto his primary receivers too often and threw far to many interceptions, usually in bunches. Lost confidence at times and was erratic in his footwork and delivery. Tends to miss throws high which results in picks. Not tall at only six feet.
ProjectionSome say he isn't tall enough, but may be the closest player to Drew Brees to come out since Brees. His erratic senior year will cost him come April, but expect him to emerge as a reliable backup in the NFL in time.

User: thekingishere Date/Time: 12/29/2008 - 10:13PM CST Predicted Round: Round 3 ouch, didnt get help in bowlgame too much, soo yea he gonna slip to 3rd round or maybe 4th dependin on his combine User: ytse_jammer Date/Time: 09/28/2008 - 5:58PM CDT Predicted Round: Round 2 Similar to Drew Brees but not as accurate on deeper throws and a little shorter. Should make a great West Coast offense QB with a couple years of learning outside the spread. Sees the field well and can buy time in the pocket. User: mizzoufan1990 Date/Time: 12/3/2007 - 6:33PM CST Predicted Round: Round 2 Great QB reminds you of a smaller Tony Romo User: krs1 Date/Time: 11/24/2007 - 11:19AM CST Predicted Round: Undrafted Late first early second?
