LATE NOTE: Really hurt himself badly in the post-season, failing to show any speed or moves and showing up out of shape for the Texas vs. The Nation all-star game. Then he skipped the Texas A&M Pro Day and instead showed up still grossly overweight (297 pounds) and ran a private drill for a few scouts where he posted miserable 5.00 and 5.11 forties. He didn’t attempt a vertical, but managed an 8'9" broad jump, a 4.51 short shuttle and a 7.64 3-cone drill with 17 bench reps. StrengthsBig and powerful running back who is surprisingly nimble and light on his feet. Good initial quickness and body lean and is tough to tackle. Can run over LBs and shred arm tackles. Good vision and patience and a feel for blocking schemes. Learned to become a decent run blocker as a senior as he battled a chronic leg injury. Ideal short-yardage runner and an improving fullback.
WeaknessesLacks the quickness to run outside and the speed to go the distance. Not experienced in pass protection and raw as a run blocker. Not a good receiver and limited as a fullback. Doesn't play special teams. Continuously battling a bulging waistline. Lazy, and unmotivated to control his weight.
ProjectionWon't start at tailback or fullback, but is so good in short yardage situations he may still get a UDFA offer. Has definitely eaten himself out of the draft.

Wasn't used well by a poorly coached team at A&M. Has a chance to be one of several sleepers from the Aggies.
