2007 2nd team All-Mountain West player. A versatile lineman that can play anywhere within the interior; however, he prefers to play Center. Has played all 3 line positions as a team necessity vice lack of play. Has graded out very well game to game and loves to pancake opposing defenders.

Can play every interior line position and has started at each position extensively throughout career. Has good technique in the ground game and strong hands if he gets inside the shoulders. Locks on to defenders very well. Plays with a good wide base and able to pull sufficiently.

Needs to work on finesse, particularly in pass pro. Not a great road grader but sufficient in ground game. Needs to bulk up just a tad and get stronger in the base. Has to add speed and quickness to succeed at the next level.

Could be a late 2nd day pick due to weakness of interiro lineman in this draft class. Versatility to play all 3 interior ine positions adds to value.
