Overview

An explosive and productive piece of the nation's most feared offense. Louis suffered an injury late in the 2008 season and was not fully healthy until the Combine, costing him a chance to really shine in the post-season All-star games.

At the Combine he ran 4.36/4.43 unofficially, and looked as explosive as he ever had. At the Florida Pro Day he added a 4.45 short shuttle and a 6.95 3-cone drill.

Strengths

Big target with adequate hands and deep speed. Will go over the middle. Has been productive at the highest levels of college football even with a QB not known as a pure passer.

Weaknesses

Injuries have been a nagging concern. Not a real fluid receiver. Height forces him to lose speed while dipping in and our of cuts. Not a precise route runner. Florida receivers have not done well in the NFL recently, and he may be marked (fairly or unfairly) with that stigma coming into the draft.
