May be the most athletically gifted O-lineman in the Draft, but will he work hard enough to maximize his potential?

Strengths

Great size. Strong. Very athletic and light on his feet. Pass protects well enough to be a left tackle and has the raw tools to run block well enough to be a right tackle.

Weaknesses

Lazy. Careless. Doesn't dominate when he should.

He's a first-rounder, but is he Ryan Clady or Robert Gallery?
