Overview3 year starter for the Huskies and was an All Pac 10 choice in 2007 at safety.
Was not invited to the Combine (a huge miss) but showed what he could do at the Washington Pro Day where he ran 4.52/4.53 in the 40-yard dash and posted a 32" vertical, a 9'8" broad jump, a 4.15 short shuttle, a 6.96 3-cone; and did a very solid 17 reps on the bench at just 201 pounds. StrengthsPosition flexibility as he has also played some time at safety. Shows ability to mirror a WR and stay with him. Has the mental makeup to take on bigger receivers and play them tough. Good size. Has some ST experience. Adequate speed, and superior strength for a corner. Adequate COD for corner, but excellent COD for a safety.
WeaknessesStill very raw and will have to be coached up at the position he plays at the next level, probably safety. Will need time to develop. Not very big for a safety and will need to bulk up some if he is going to transition effectively. Lacks elite hips and turn & go for an NFL corner.
