Overview

Converted TE who really came on at his new position as a senior. Up and comer.

LATE NOTE: Ran an absolutely eye-catching 4.47 at the UC Pro Day that still has the scouts buzzing.

Strengths

Tremendous effort guy. Hard worker. Coach's dream. Versatile. Can play DE, 3-4 OLB, TE, return punts, and cover on special teams. Also a good kick blocker. Might be a role-player at first, but should become an NFL starter eventually.

Weaknesses

Still learning the position. Jack-of-all-trades-but-master-of-none at this point. Not an elite athlete.

Projection

Had a hell of a senior year, producing at a very high level at a brand new position. I can see him really elevating his stock with a good Senior Bowl week and Combine. His old 4th round grade is now a solid 2nd, and some mocks even have him in the lower third of the first.

4.47 at 6"3 256? I don't believe it.You dont go from a 4.6 to a 4.4 in 2 weeks. Good athlete though. Would love for him to be a Steeler though!3rd round or 2nd at best!

Unbelievable raw talent with high upside. Can rush the passer and has shown he can hold his own in the run. Shows rare instincts on defense for only playing one year. Has position flexiblity at TE and a special teams demon. Round 1

Late bloomer who sets a good corner and has some ability to get into the backfield. Very good special teams guy and a solid tackler. Marginal strength/speed for a guy his size will be tough to overcome.
