Overview

Massive defensive line prospect with good agility ... a Scout.com four-star recruit ... earned a three-star rating by Rivals.com and was listed as the No. 47 junior college player in the country ... the No. 45 junior college player in the nation according to SuperPrep Magazine ... starred at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and recorded 31 tackles and 3.5 sacks in helping lead his team to an 11-0 regular season record last year. Senior Bowl invitee. Measurements - arm: 34.0" hand: 11.25" Notes: Yuck, large and sloppy, needs to lose weight, 25-30 pounds overweight.

Strengths

At a slimmed-down 365 lbs, Cody is a monster who requires double-teaming based on his size if nothing else. As it happens, he has a lot of ability too and can move surprisingly well for someone his size. Clogs up any running lanes down the middle. Huge amount of potential and upside.

Weaknesses

Has conditioning issues that means he's out the game as much as he's in it. May only be a 2-down player in the NFL.

Projection

1st round pick - somewhere between 15 and 25 I'd say.

An average talent who has gained much attention because of his gargantuan size. Could go anywhere from the mid teens to early round three IMO.

2 down player at the next level drops him down a bit but he makes an impact when he's on the field. A team that needs a NT should take a look.

This guy is the most perplexing guy in the whole draft to me. He could go anywhere from 15-50 and until the combine i just don't know. His advantage is he is a true 3-4 nose an the copy-cat NFL now has almost a dozen teams running it. you have to double team him to move him out of the hole, but i'm not sure he will even be on the field in passing situations. his disadvantage is this is a very good and deep DT draft class and he has the least pass rush skill of any of the top 10 DT's. if he weights 325 at the combine he is a first rounder. if he weights 365 he is a second rounder. Rumor is he can dunk a basketball. if thats true he will be a top 20 pick as long as his bionic knees check out.

Not sure if he will get drafted early b/c of his Size ALONE, or if he actually has some skills. Gabe Watson?

Real raw but potential is astounding. Couldn't even get initial academic eligibility at JUCO, so he's not much of a thinker. Has Jamal Williams potential if he can stay in shape and handle the stress
