OverviewReally stood out at the Senior Bowlm the Combine and the LSU Pro Day after a fine career as a blocking specialists and hard surprise ball carrier for the Bayou Bengals.
At the LSU Pro Day he ran 4.72/4.75, which was a vast improvement over his 4.85 numbers from the Combine. He also managed a 7.65 3-cone. StrengthsTough, hard-nosed blocking FB who can tote it pretty well when called upon. Blocking is his forte though, and he has good enough speed to get to the hole in time, and be an effective quick blocker. Can also cut people down on edge runs. Versatility shines as he can be a one-back in a pinch or in foul weather as well. Really packs a punch as a blocker. Will remind some of Sam Gash.
WeaknessesAs a FB he really has few weaknesses. Hands are largely untested, and you'd like him to run 4.6, but that's all quibbling...
ProjectionSure to be the first or second FB off the board come draft day. 4th round seems like a likely spot.
