OverviewExtremely productive college back who has been lauded every way possible - named 2009 Harlon Hill Award winner as the best player in DII and 1st Team AP Little All-American. Led all divisions in rushing and scoring at 189.5 yards and 17 points per game. CDS Preseason DII Player of the Year on offense for the 2009 season. Invited to the Texas vs the Nation Bowl game, but will attend Senior Bowl as HH winner.
StrengthsNice size/speed combo - good upper body strength. Runs with authority and shows a burst. Runs over and around DII competition. Great character and leadership qualities. Extremely productive at a lower level of competition, though the GLIAC is considered by many as the best conference in DII football. Has improved as a receiver. Wildcat experience - threw for a TD in '09. Personable and intelligent. Team player who works to improve. Willing and improving blocker.
WeaknessesSometimes lacks elite vision and will "dance" and occasionally hesitate in the hole. Must prove himself against elite defenders. Has been given a lot, and will need to work even harder to take it to the next level.
Projection5-6th rounder. Exceptional combine and Senior Bowl performances could move him higher.
