Overview2009: Named All-SEC Second Team by Phil Steele. Earned team’s Most Improved Player award for defense. Started all 13 games making 73 tackles, seven pass break-ups, four interceptions and a forced fumble.
StrengthsIs an experienced strong safety - and its not every day you can say that. Good hitter and reads plays pretty well. Shows a good range of coverage skills and has broken up a fair few passes in his time.
WeaknessesDoesn't excel in man to man which could hurt if you're coming up against some of the best tight ends the NFL has to offer. Could do with some work on the back-pedal too.
ProjectionWith the guys who have come out at safety he won't be taken until at least the second round.

Date/Time: 01/14/2010 - 11:25PM CST Predicted Round: Round 6 Uggh. Somebody hasn't watched Reshad play. He can't cover, gets lost in zone, takes horrible angles in pursuit, and doesn't use his arms to tackle. I've watched virtually every game he's played at UGA. He's a special teamer if he even makes a roster. User: RichEisenIsGod Date/Time: 01/6/2010 - 3:57PM CST Predicted Round: Round 1 His 0.0 flat forty has him a lock to join Al Davis' squad. Haha, nah he's legit could be round 2 though Rate This Player |
