Overview3-year starter at defensive end.
StrengthsStrong at the POA at the CAA level. Can rush the passer, and scrapes well to the tackle at the LOS. Scrapper who fights through trash (after piles are made) like a linebacker to finish.
WeaknessesSmallish DE, who may lack the speed, coverage and quickness to be considered a possible OLB conversion candidate. Productive at a lower level of competition, but has never done it against the "big boys" of college football. Not an elite rush end by any means, and not big enough to stay even as a pass-rush specialist anyway. Best chance is to be looked at as a Mike Vrabel-like LB, but is a very poor man's Mike Vrabel at this stage of his development.
