Overview

Ryan is a 2006 graduate of McQuaid Jesuit School in Rochester, NY. A Three-year letterman and captain. Hart-Predmore was also named All-City Catholic and All-Greater Rochester as a junior and senior while playing on the offensive and defensive lines. Ryan was the offensive MVP in 2005 and he earned two letters in rugby. A top Honors student, Ryan also received U.S. Army Reserve Student-Athlete Award. He also participated in high school executive council and a received National Merit Scholarship commendation as well as being a National Honor Society member.

He started from his sophomore season on at Lafayette, starting that first year at both guard positions, but handling the demanding LOT slot the last two years.

Strengths

Pretty good feet at the Patriot League level, and certainly NFL guard feet at worst. 3-year starter who does a nice job in both areas of collegiate line play. Technically pretty solid. Plays hard, and shows a bit of a nasty streak. Smart.

Weaknesses

Kind of dumpy in his movements. Doesn't have feet to stay at tackle or the overall size and strength to be any kind of sure thing if moved back to his natural OG slot. On the ground a bit too much. Misses his cut blocks on occasion. Just an average small school linemen with limited pro potential, but his smarts and dedication should at least get him a look.

Projection

UDFA.
