2008: Evans is a big, quick and productive back who had 260 carries for 1,284 yards, a 4.9 average and 14 TDs in a 2nd great season.
2007: As a freshman Evans made a big splash with 185 carries for 1033 yards, a 5.6 ypc and 5 TDs. His career of 445 totes has resulted in 2,317 yards 19 TDs and 40 catches for 238 yards.

Has a great frame and enough speed, he could carry another 10-15 pounds, he looks like about a 4.56-4.58 40, just from eyeballing him. He can break tackles, has some shake and can turn the corner.

He needs to be more consistent with his pad level and improve in the passing game. His 3 worst games: 23 carries for 49 yards against Ole Miss, 29 carries for 68 against Furman and 13 carries for 43 against Wofford were all loses, he needs to show he can get tough yards against top defenses.

He could easily be a 4th rounder, if he stays healthy and runs sub 4.5 he could even be a 2nd rounder in 2 years.
