Overview

Third team All-MAC and Texas vs the Nation bowl invitee in 2009. Led team in tackles with 80, 5.5 TFLs, three pass break-ups, a sack, an interception and a fumble recovery. He registered 87 tackles in 2008, good for second leading tackler for the Owls. Team captain who received team Captain's Award and Illman Award for leadership.

Strengths

Intelligent MLB who has led the Owls the past 2 seasons. Strong tackler who rarely misses and can fill-up the hole. Able to shed run blockers effectively. Good work ethic and leadership skills are strong assets.

Weaknesses

Size a slight concern as a regular middle linebacker at the next level - needs to add about 10-15 pounds bulk. Side-to-side mobility a concern as he lacks elite speed. Needs a strong showing at TvtN game to offset concerns. Did not come to Temple as LB and lacks experience against top competition.
