Overview

Strengths

Blue-collar plugger who holds the point and pushes the pocket. Thick and strong. Plays low with good leverage and can neutralize, and occasionally split, the double team. Good instincts and has a nice feel for what offenses are trying to do. Protects legs and keeps his feet, and gets off blocks well. Keeps the LBs free from blockers. Collapses the pocket as a pass rusher and displays a nice spin move. Versatile; can play 4-3 DT or 3-4 DE.

Weaknesses

Not very explosive or athletic. Subs out on most passing downs.

Projection

Low round pick or free agent. May only be a rotational guy, but definitely has the tools to play on Sundays.
