Overview

Strengths

Big, physical bump-style corner. Very aggressive and prefers to plays up close and personal. Gets a great jam at the line, a skill which is rare in college football. Locates the ball and breaks up passes, and has the hands for the interception. Very aggressive vs. the run, and is a good tackler. Pursues the ball all over the field. Good hitter and forces fumbles. Size to become a safety down the road.

Weaknesses

Stiff in the hips and lacks great speed and a second gear. Much better in man press than zone/off coverage. Needs polish on his game.

Projection

Good player who should go in the mid-late rounds. A strong showing at the combine could vault him up the draftboard. Can play special teams while he learns the ropes, and should have a nice career.
