Grimes has been an underrated player going back to high school. He's not big or fast but is quick shifty and finds all the yards. A skill set not unlike Archie Griffin, though not quite as polished.

Strengths

Vision, cuts and can break arm tackles, Grimes also is developing as a receiver. He was a competitive powerlifter in high school.

Weaknesses

Not a guy who excels at the 'eyeball test' needs to get stronger and faster to be more than a reserve as a pro.

Projection

Likely a UDFA but like Tyrell Sutton he might stick if he does all the little things and improves his blocking and exposiveness.
