Overview

The Hoosiers' leading receiver in '08, was moved to CB in the Spring of '09. Fisher has been selected Honorable Mention All-Big Ten for the 2009 college football season as voted on by the Big Ten media; as well as named to Honorable Mention All-Big Ten for the 2009 college football season as voted on by the Big Ten coaches.

Due to his stature, ball skills and return ability he has been compared to former Hoosier Tracy Porter. A team player he shifted from WR to help the team. Fisher ranks eighth on IU’s all-time receptions list with 118. Had he remained at receiver for his senior season he was likely to move into the top three on the school’s list behind only James Hardy and Courtney Roby

Strengths

Fine hands, ball-tracking skills, quickness and exceptional hips/change of direction.

Weaknesses

Not very strong, not a big hitter, not consistent in run support nor blessed with Porter's elite speed.
